How was your year?

The End of the Year 2013 is coming closer.

My clients are making holidays plans and most companies are not going to organise any trainings, coaching’s and consultancy for the next two to three weeks.

P1030940This is traditionally the best time for me to evaluate and think back about what and how I have been doing the past year, both professionally and in my private life.

It has been a very rich year with plenty of change.

If you have been reading my blog-posts over the past couple of months, you have been witness to part of the most important developments.

I am not going to sum them up here, but looking back at my decisions, I feel that each one of them has brought me closer to my objectives.

I am grateful for all the people I have met this year and for the wealth of knowledge, experience, wisdom and kindness they were willing to share with me.

The most important lesson I learned this year, which I want to make one of my objectives for next year, is that giving and sharing is the way forward.

Knowledge is power, only when it is shared.

What is the most important lesson you have learned this year and how are you going to incorporate that in next year’s plans?

Share and become the inspiration of others. You have no idea how your input may help others.

This was the last blog-post of 2013. I will take a holiday too and will be back on January 7th, 2014.

Enjoy the holiday season and a happy 2014!!!
